FOR SALE:

DRATC CORPORATION has available for sale excess capacity from our data processing center for a one time charge. The negotiated price will include the following base configuration; 56 Mips 9121, 540GB DASD, 3480/3420 Tapes. The final configuration can be customized to any additional hardware requirements that the buyer may require. As example; 3490's can be substituted for 3480's or different DASD configurations can be accommodated.

Communications access to our facility includes; T1, ISDN and Analog lines with telephone switching available. As with the computer hardware; the communications access can be customized to the buyer's requirements.

The sales price will also include all remedial and preventive maintenance on the computer hardware, support hardware and enviromentals. All utilities and site security will be included.

Contract length on the purchase of the excess capacity would start on the commencement date and run through December 31, 1999. Extensions of the end date could be negotiated in line with the buyer's needs.

The buyer may use the facility and excess capacity for their own projects or re-sell its usage to other parties or clients.

Dedicated Resources: These resources are the key to your Disaster Recovery Plan at DRATC. Your DRATC Team will help develop a comprehensive plan including assigning resources that will be dedicated to your exclusive disaster needs. These resources are available to you within TWO HOURS of your notification call; 24 hours per day/seven days per week. Your dedicated resources will remain consistent with your needs and will only be changed at your direction. Along with your dedicated resources, DRATC will assign allotted facility usage included at no additional charge to your subscription. These dedicated resources are the key to our philosophy of providing a unique program of disaster recovery. Top

Platforms: CPU Platforms include; 4381, 4361, multiple 3090, AS400, Series 1 and System 38; including a vast array of peripheral devices. Enough resources are available to insure that all subscribers to DRATC can utilize the facility in case of multiple disasters. You are not limited to these platforms. Should you have special needs that are not covered now, then your DRATC TEAM can work with you to see that your specific needs are covered. Top

Communications: A wide array of communications is possible through and in the DRATC FACILITY. Telephone communications can be handled in a variety of ways; T1 Service, dedicated and voice grade, ISDN or your own customized approach. DRATC can also interface directly with the carriers to insure that your needs are met and to relieve your staff of this function. Communication controllers available include; 327X, 317X, 3705 and 3725. Top

Protecting Your Networks: Your Local Area Networks (LANS) and Wide Area Networks (WANS) require as much Disaster Recovery Planning as any mainframe. Insuring the protection of these networks comes in many forms and plans with DRATC. A consultation with DRATC personnel can put you on the road to designing a custom made plan for this protection. Associate Programs: Another unique feature of our customized disaster recovery philosophy is that you can pool your finical resources with other like organizations to form your own association under the DRATC umbrella. Contract Terms: There are many contracts offered covering Disaster Recovery Services. Most require that you commit to terms of five years and more. In addition, the conditions of the contract are normally "cookie cutter" type approaches to your recovery plan. DRATC understands that each subscriber to Disaster Recovery Services is unique. With this in mind, DRATC is prepared to customize our service and the contract covering that service to our subscribers. Top

DRATC will furnish a dedicated 800 number to your account that will furnish callers information relevant to your particular requirement. You record the messages and/or instructions that you want callers to receive and this information is available 24 hours per day. AS/400 Renewal Discounts: DRATC offers a renewal discount to AS/400 subscribers on contract renewals and extensions. When you sign the initial contract, you can lock-in a 25% renewal discount. This adds to the flexibility that you already have by not having to sign long term agreements with DRATC. Further, these discounts do not effect your guaranteed access to your dedicated resources at DRATC. Top
